Το Μουσείο Βιντεοπαιχνιδιών Κρήτης είναι το πρώτο μουσείο στην Ελλάδα αφιερωμένο στην ιστορία και την κουλτούρα των βιντεοπαιχνιδιών. Η συλλογή του περιλαμβάνει πάνω από 400 κονσόλες, σπάνια παιχνίδια, χειριστήρια, εκδόσεις και αντικείμενα από διαφορετικές περιόδους της ιστορίας του gaming. Το Μουσείο Υπολογιστών Κύπρου λειτουργεί στη Λευκωσία από το 2018 ως μη κερδοσκοπικός εκπαιδευτικός οργανισμός με μόνιμη έκθεση αφιερωμένη στην ιστορία και εξέλιξη της προσωπικής πληροφορικής, της ψηφιακής τεχνολογίας και της κουλτούρας του gaming. Hosted at the Pallas Theatre Foyer near the Pafos Gate, the expo brings together selected exhibits from two distinguished museum collections to tell the story of gaming culture, technological development, and shared digital memories. 🕹️ The exhibition is presented in collaboration with the Video Games Museum of Crete — the first museum in Greece dedicated to the history and culture of video games, with a collection of over 400 consoles, rare games, controllers, publications and artefacts — and the Cyprus Computer Museum, a non-profit educational organisation operating in Nicosia since 2018, focused on preserving and showcasing the heritage of personal computing and digital technology.
