Η διαδρομή απευθύνεται σε όλους ανεξαρτήτως ηλικίας που διαθέτουν τουλάχιστον μέτρια φυσική κατάσταση, και είναι βαθμού δυσκολίας μέτριου. Το μονοπάτι είναι γραμμικό και ακολουθεί τη διαδρομή προς Πρόδρομο, με συνολικό μήκος 11 χιλιομέτρων (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της επιστροφής) και εκτιμώμενη διάρκεια 4 ωρών. This moderate-difficulty trail is open to all ages with at least a reasonable level of fitness, offering 4 hours of breathtaking mountain scenery. The linear trail covers 11 kilometres in total (including the return) and follows the route towards Prodromos village.
