A free creative workshop in Nicosia on 13 December 2025 exploring personal “chains” through movement, storytelling and reflection. Registration required. Scroll down for English version ⯆ Ένα βιωματικό, δημιουργικό εργαστήρι 2 ωρών που εμπνέεται από την ιστορία του Χόρχε Μπουκάι «Ο Ελέφαντας Της Αλυσίδας». Όπως ο ελέφαντας που μένει δεμένος με μια λεπτή αλυσίδα, έτσι και εμείς συχνά εγκλωβιζόμαστε σε παλιά μοτίβα, πεποιθήσεις και αόρατους περιορισμούς. Το εργαστήρι ανοίγει έναν ασφαλή χώρο παιχνιδιού, κίνησης και στοχασμού για να εξερευνήσουμε τις «αλυσίδες» μας και τις δυνατότητες που ίσως δεν έχουμε ακόμη αναγνωρίσει. Μέσα από δημιουργική κίνηση, αφήγηση, θεατρικό αυτοσχεδιασμό και συλλογική διερεύνηση, θα εμβαθύνουμε σε νέους τρόπους σύνδεσης με τον εαυτό και τους άλλους. Το εργαστήρι ολοκληρώνεται με συζήτηση και ανταλλαγή εμπειριών που ενισχύουν την έμπνευση και την προσωπική ενδυνάμωση. ✨ Η εμψυχώτρια Χρυσίλια Γκλέκα, Υποψήφια Διδάκτωρ Κλινικής Ψυχολογίας και κάτοχος MSc Αναπτυξιακής Ψυχολογίας, συνδυάζει το παιχνίδι, την ψυχοθεραπεία μέσω δράματος και ενσώματες προσεγγίσεις για μια βαθιά, συμμετοχική εμπειρία. The workshop invites participants into a playful, creative and reflective space to explore their own “chains,” inner strength and possibilities for renewal. Through creative movement, storytelling, theatrical improvisation and collective reflection, we’ll gently question what holds us back and open pathways to new perspectives. The session concludes with a dedicated group discussion for shared insights and deeper connection. ✨ Facilitator Chrysilia Gkleka, PhD Candidate in Clinical Psychology (with an MSc in Developmental Psychology), integrates play, drama therapy and embodied approaches to guide participants toward emotional exploration and collaborative meaning-making.
