Το πρόγραμμα «Between Here and Then: The Politics of Nostalgia & Geographies of the Border» είναι ένα διεπιστημονικό εγχείρημα που κινείται μεταξύ λόγου και τεχνών. Bringing together screenings, sound art, a live podcast and music, the event explores how borders, memory, violence and belonging shape the ways we live together. 🎟️ Free entry. At the core of this programme — situated between discourse and the arts — is the question of how borders between peoples, cultures and languages, as well as historical experiences of violence, shape everyday life and shared memories. Memories, landscapes and fragments of conversations come together, overlap and occasionally collide. 🎙️ Live Podcast with Q&A — After Borders: Conversations on Memory, Violence & Power: Hosted by the X3 Collective (Ani Menua & Julia Boxler), with guests Despina Psara, Rahme Veziroglu and Mirko Kruppa. This session brings together local and diasporic perspectives to explore how physical borders, historical demarcation lines and imperial echoes shape everyday lives, memory and social spaces. 🎵 Music — Pareaki (Cemre Arca, Panagiotis Mina, Doğaç Uğur Solyalı): A spontaneous live instrument musical pareaki reimagining new and traditional Cypriot songs, international favourites and unexpected selections.
