Πρόκειται για ένα Σαββατοκύριακο χωρίς κινητά, σχεδιασμένο ως ένα ήπιο reset που προσφέρει σύνδεση και αποκατάσταση, χωρίς πίεση ή αυστηρό πρόγραμμα. Όλα είναι προαιρετικά — συμμετέχετε σε ό,τι σας ταιριάζει, παραλείπετε ό,τι δεν νιώθετε και ξεκουράζεστε όποτε το χρειάζεστε. 🌿 Η ατμόσφαιρα είναι ζεστή και χαλαρή, με cosy γωνιές για συζήτηση, επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια και ήπιες δραστηριότητες γνωριμίας που βοηθούν τους συμμετέχοντες να ξεπεράσουν φυσικά το small talk, ακόμη κι αν έρθουν μόνοι τους. Designed as a gentle reset, the Unplugged Weekend Retreat offers space for connection and restoration without rigidity or pressure. Everything is optional — join what feels right, skip what doesn’t, and rest whenever you need. The atmosphere is intentionally warm and low-pressure, with cosy conversation corners, board games, and light icebreakers that help people move beyond small talk naturally, even if they arrive on their own. There is also time to slow down and reconnect with the mountain rhythm through light hiking in the crisp Troodos air and a stargazing experience that invites a sense of awe and spaciousness. Deep restoration is a key part of the weekend. All wellness experiences are included in the price, including sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi access throughout the stay, as well as optional reflexology sessions and one-to-one life coaching, also included. The retreat is full board, with all meals and refreshments provided across the weekend.
